I serve a specific type of mother who knows she wants warm, highly relational comprehensive doula support during her entire pregnancy, birth, and postpartum season.

Pregnancy Education & Labor Prep

• FREE 30-minute consultation to see if we’re a mutually good fit

• Personalized prenatal coaching sessions… one for each trimester after hire

• Access to over 10 hours of my online pregnancy & birth education

• Education on all the latest pregnancy, birth, & postpartum research

• Debriefing after your OB/MFM appointments or ultrasounds

• Support for any special high-risk pregnancy complexities

  Continuous Birth Support

• Emotional & physical support as early as you desire in labor (UNLIMITED LABOR SUPPORT)

• Coaching on optimal labor positions to encourage progress & prevent labor stalls

• Coaching on breathing techniques to help you release tension & perceive less pain

• Support communicating collaboratively with your medical team

• Birth Photography with at least 30-40 edited images & all future printing rights

• Assistance with your baby’s first feed & your immediate postpartum skin-to-skin

  Postpartum & Lactation Support

• Ongoing text, phone, & email support for 8 weeks postpartum

• 2 in-home lactation consultations within the first two weeks postpartum

• Further lactation follow-up & referrals for complications as needed

• Final in-home postpartum visit at 3-6 weeks to ensure you are healing & adjusting well

• Postpartum mental health screening as needed or requested

• Trauma-Informed Birth Debriefing if needed & desired

• Annual invite to the Elgin Doula Annual Babies, Bumps, and BBQ party!

Your Total Investment: $3200

Initial Deposit: $800-$1600 dependent upon the pregnancy trimester of hire

Acceptable payment methods: Zelle, HSA/FSA funds, Carrot Fertility, debit/credit cards, and payment plans.

Able to provide a super-bill with NPI number for clients to negotiate possible insurance reimbursement.
